Always assume that you are wrong.
Too many of us go through life assuming that we know everything.
Are the results in your life aligning with your message, or are they not?
Insecure leaders go through life guided by fear and scarcity; fear that if they don’t know everything they’ll be passed by, and a fear that no one will follow them if they don’t know everything.
Why wouldn’t you want to put your best foot forward by taking a step back and assuming you’re wrong?
If you assume you’re wrong that means you are secure enough to ask someone else for a different perspective.
Go through the next week and try this on yourself. Assume you are wrong.
